we strive to offer quality vintage pieces. due to the nature of our products, with everything being previously owned and many retrieved from estates, there are no warranties on any of our vintage items. some of our items show signs of wear that are consistent with age and we do our best to provide as many details as possible.

all sales are final! all items are non-refundable and non-returnable. no exchange or store credit. please measure and ask as many questions as necessary. we are more than happy to send additional photos, dimensions, and details before purchase. some vintage pieces show signs of wear that are consistent with age. the condition of each item may vary and are sold as-is.

we offer in-home delivery to the tri-state area and beyond for a fee.

delivery is not included in furniture purchases. however, we are able to offer curbside and in-unit delivery on certain items for an additional fee. please inquire for a quote and more info.

on items that we are not able to offer delivery, we are happy to help coordinate and recommend third party delivery companies which we have worked with in the past. just to note, these third party companies are not affiliated with ATATA. any delivery issues should be brought up with the company directly. ATATA WILL not be held liable for any damages caused by the third party companies hired by our clients. 

sold items must be picked up within 10 days of purchase. if additional time is needed, please coordinate with us prior to purchasing. arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee. Items not picked up within 30 days of purchase will be considered abandoned and will be resold. these items are non-refundable.
